Cancellation Policy
Tiny Tacklers - 30 Days notice
Is there a minimum commitment?
Tiny Tacklers is a rolling 30 day Group for kids
Do parents need to stay?
Tiny Tacklers - All parents are required to stay due to their ages.
Where do sessions take place?
Every Saturday morning at Forest Hall YPC.
What if my child is shy or doesn't want to join in at first?
Completely normal at this age. There's no pressure — children join in at their own pace, and most come out of their shell after a session or two.
What age is Tiny Tacklers for?
Tiny Tacklers is aimed at 3-6 year olds, split into age-group slots each Saturday morning so your child is grouped with others their age.
What happens after Tiny Tacklers?
Once your child turns 6, they're on the pathway to join a Forest Hall Juniors team — so it's more than just a Saturday class, it's their first step into the club.
What should I bring?
Suitable footwear (boots or trainers), clothing appropriate for being outside, and a drink. Sessions run outdoors on a 5-a-side court.
GROUP COACHING FAQ'S
Whats the difference between small group and large group?
Small Group has a maximum of 6 players per session with three membership tiers (Basic £100, Plus £125, Elite £150 per month). Large Group has up to 12 players per session at £80 per month. Both are for ages 7-14, running 1 session per week.
Is it a monthly membership?
Yes — group coaching runs on a rolling membership with a 2-month minimum commitment, then continues month to month after that.
Can I save money by paying upfront?
Yes — on any tier, you can save 10% by paying 3 months upfront, 15% for 6 months, or 20% for 12 months.
What If my child misses a session?
Just mark them as unavailable on Spond. If you'd like them to catch up at another session that week, get in touch with Dan directly — catch-ups aren't automatic, so it's best to ask.
Where do sessions take place?
Venue depends on which group your child is placed in — we'll confirm this when you enquire.
How do I book?
